Non-residents, however, are required to pay exclusively for taxes relating to the proceeds produced in Latvia.
Foreign companies without a permanent organization are, however, required to pay the state a figure calculated on the basis of the current rate. The tax rate for companies resident in Latvia is 15%, while non-residents vary between 2% and 15%.
